This is a good event for every one, with routes of 10 miles, 50K, 100K and
100 miles.

Join me, and together we can take steps toward fighting diabetes! If you can't make the ride, consider supporting the Sumner Rides team or me with a tax deductible donation. No amount is too small.

05/23, 05/25 & 0530/09 Bike Rides

05/23/09
Ride starts at 8:00 from Station Camp Creek High School.
Plan on a 56 mile ride with 2 potential store stops. See map below.

05/25 Memorial Day ride
Let's do the Watertown "Big Hill Challenge" 64 mile route. We can meet in the Watertown Square at 9:00 for the start. There won't be any support, but hopefully we will be able to find open stores in the towns we pass through. Let me know if you have any ideas on this ride. Check back Sunday PM for any possible revisions.

Jim, Here is the route for the Sunday ride...of course anyone can avoid the big hills if they want(going down Hogan's Branch instead of climbing McMurtry and meeting back up at New Hope, and going up Capps Gap instead of Mud Hollow). Looking forward to meeting your group on Sunday. Bryan
