02/27/10 Bike Ride 22 Mi+add on Beech.H.S. @ Noon
Allowing for a little warm up, the ride will start at NOON. Ted will be leading the ride and there will be an additional add on route of 8.5 mile route from Beech H.S.

02/20/10 No Scheduled Ride
No Ride, but a good time to sign up for the "Tour de Cure Ride"
It's on May 22, 2010 and supports the American Diabetes Association. The ride is only 13 weeks away and has revised routes. You are invited to join my "Sumner Rides" team at
