Slow to recover, but I'm planning on a ride from Bethpage for a different area route. Shorter ride than what I was doing before my accident last year, but what I feel like doing at this point. My speed isn't what it was before, but the route is something you might appreciate for a change. The start is in Bethpage, about 20 min north of Gallatin.
